We trust our inventory levels are right but we want to make sure that you aren’t left dissatisfied in the event that we don’t have an item in stock and we have to either order it from our Supplier or put it on back order causing shipment delays.

PLEASE NOTE: If an item you order isn’t available or will be delayed we will contact you via phone or email.

Order Process

1. Unless previously quoted, you accept that if any unforseen additional freight costs occur you will be contacted and given the choice to either continue with your order and incur additional freight charges or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

2. Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 1-5 days and dispatched unless otherwise advised.

3. Customers will be notified via email or phone if delays in shipping occur.

4. All prices in the shopping areas include GST (10% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

5. Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.

Information contained throughout the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing. There may be misprints, human errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products and specifications without notice.

We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.

Online Return & Exchange Policy

Lok’s Fishing Tackle endeavours to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. However in the event that you’re not happy with your purchase here is our policy:

Lok’s Fishing Tackle will refund an order up to the original price (less shipping cost) or replace faulty items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.

You must notify Lok’s Fishing Tackle of the fault or reason for return within 30 days of receiving the items

Do not return the items unless you have first contacted us and have been instructed by Lok’s Fishing Tackle customer service to do so.

They are returned in original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Items cannot be used, worn, washed or altered in any way. Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your refund to be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Returns must be carefully packed, insured and freight paid. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods.

You must provide either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from Lok’s Fishing Tackle for any return via post. As well as your full name, address, email and contact number (if not already stated on documents you send us).

The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been returned and inspected by Lok’s Fishing Tackle. Once it’s approved the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear. Only damage and fault due to manufacturing. It’s better using a trackable shipping service to return back the product.

Warranty Policy

If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase due to faulty workmanship or materials we will refund, exchange or credit. We cannot warranty goods without proof of purchase or those outside the warranty period laid down by manufacturer. Once goods leave our store if damaged lost or stolen during transit it is the responsibility of Freight Company. Please do not return damaged merchandise to us until you have first contacted us for advice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Standard Shipping 2-6 Business Days – AUD 7.00 Australia Wide on each order of hooks / rigs under AUD 100.00;

AUD 10.00 Australia Wide on other all orders under AUD 100.00;

Express Post 1-3 Business Days – AUD 15.95 Australia Wide on all orders.

Shipping Time Frame

You will be contacted within 2 business days should any problem arise regarding your order otherwise all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped. Standard delivery within Australia is 2 to 6 business days.

Delivery Details

We Only Ship To Australian Addresses Though Australia Post

If there are any problems with sending your item/s we will contact you within 2-3 business days. Orders that have no issues will be sent within 1-5 business days.

Please note, once your order has left and is with the freight company there may be delays which are out of our hands.

Packaging: We will carefully pack and ship your items in protective packaging to ensure your items arrive safe and undamaged.

Final delivery: we cannot ship large bulky items to PO boxes such as Rods. We require an residential address or a business address for these items.

Please report any damaged parcels and retail packaging immediately in case an inspection is required.
